We do not offer drop-ins, however, a 2 week trial is available for purchase. We are looking for people are who are committed to their health and fitness understanding this a lifestyle that must continue for the long term. We also want potential clients to experience more than just one class and instructor so they can get a better feel of our entire awesome community.
We hope this never happens! But, hey, poop happens. If a member is still within their contract term and wishes to cancel, 50% of the remaining term will need to be bought out. If the member has completed their initial term, the membership rolls into a month to month basis and cancellation simply requires 30 days notice.
Written cancellation is required and may be done through email.
Our Boxing and Kickboxing Programs start at 6 year old. We focus on fun, fitness, and proper technique at the younger ages. There will be little to no contact as the majority of the striking is done on heavy bags or target pads.
No. Any add on services, retail purchases, or upgrades are at the discretion of the member.
Just like your car payment, phone, or mortgage we do not hold memberships due to vacations or time away. We make up for this missed time by often hosting paid-for events or giving away free stuff to our members which we do all the time! If your absence is longer than 1 month please contact us directly.
However, we will always hold or suspend memberships due to any medical leave with a doctor’s note provided.
Once you have purchased your membership, pre-registration is required for all sessions to secure your spot. The Zen Planner App is a convenient mobile app which you will use to book your sessions, cancel out of sessions, and manage your account while on the go.
Each member requires their own membership and there are no refunds on prepaid or unused portions of memberships. Memberships are not transferrable.
We pride ourselves on offering MORE. All 12 and 6 month memberships include Body Composition Analysis, Fitness Testing, Meal Planning and Nutrition support, Discounts on Prestige Labs Supplements, Private Facebook Group Page and Accountability Coaching. Punch Pass members are for sessions only.
