Strength 10X is our semi-private training program designed for those who want a more focused, personalized strength experience. Because you will be training in a small group, we have been able to keep the cost down while still giving you one-on-one attention without the personal training price.

You’ll train in a small group setting with:

  • Close coaching attention to ensure proper technique and progression

For beginners, this is the perfect place to build confidence, learn the basics, and develop real skill.

For those looking to take it further, we provide a pathway into advanced training and competition through the Unified Boxing Team. Our facility is outfitted with 30 various training bags, boxing ring, focus mitts, and everything you need to train properly whether for fitness or competition.

This isn’t just hitting bags—it’s learning the craft of boxing while getting in incredible shape.

Athletes interested in competing and joining a team

CARDIO KICKBOXING

This isn’t your typical cardio class. Our StrikeHIIT andBox CircHIIT classes combine the intensity of a full-body workout with the skill and satisfaction of striking training – powered by state-of-the-art technology.

You’ll train using our custom heavy bags equipped with advanced sensors that track:

  • Strike count
  • Power output
  • Performance over time

That means every session isn’t just a workout – it’s measurable progress.

Whether you’re there to relieve stress, improve conditioning, get lean, or level up your striking skills – you’ll leave every session feeling accomplished.

Boxing gloves will be provided for trials and included in membership.

HYROX TRAINING

HYROX is one of the fastest-growing fitness sports in the world – combining endurance running with functional strength and conditioning in a race-style format.

Participants complete a series of functional workout stations including movements like rowing, sled pushes, burpees, lunges, and wall balls, with 1km runs between each station.

HYROX training at Unified is designed for everyday athletes who want to challenge themselves, improve performance, and train with purpose.

Whether your goal is simply finishing your first event or competing at a high level, Unified is an official HYROX TRAINING PARTNER that will help you achieve your goals.

NUTRITION COACHING

What happens outside workouts can support, or sabotage, your efforts in the gym.

UTC was not built to be “just another gym”. In fact, our goal is to provide ALL the necessary tools when it comes to optimal health and fitness.

Nutrition plays a key role in body composition changes, mood, behaviour, and performance. We have designed proven, effective, sustainable, and customizable nutritional plans for our members to achieve their goals.
