HIIT Sessions

WHAT HIIT SESSIONS ARE ALL ABOUT

Because of the results they provide and the fun you’ll have, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is our preferred style of training in our fitness sessions.

HIIT sessions, along with Strength Training, Plyometrics, Boxing, Kickboxing, and Steady Rate Aerobic Conditioning and Stretching are all tools in our fitness toolbox. Intentional coordination of these different elements of fitness in our sessions will provide variety, break through plateaus, and help you reach your fitness goals. All of our sessions are designed to target the major health and skill related components of physical fitness (Cardiorespiratory Endurance, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility, Body Composition, Agility, Coordination, Speed, and Power).

CircHIIT – Specially selected pieces of equipment your coach will choose to make sure you have the most amazing workout. Battle Ropes, Slam Balls, Tire Flips, Sled Push, Air Bikes, Kettlebells are just some of the fun toys we have to play with. Every class will be different every time to excite and challenge you. Make sure to wear cross training shoes and get ready to get after it!

StrikeHIIT – Rounds on a heavy bag punching, kicking, kneeing, elbowing where we also mix in cardio and strength and conditioning exercises. You don’t need any experience for these sessions as StrikeHIIT is purely for fitness and an incredible stress relief. Don’t forget your boxing gloves and watch your body transform quickly!

CrashFIT – An Instructor lead workout where we incorporate dumbbell exercises and cardio. We mix up the pace in this class as we transition back and forth from weights to aerobics so the energy is high, fat will die, and sweat will fly!

Best Round! – Get ready to bring your “A” game for this striking session where we use state of the art technology to measure your impact force, strike count, and performance. The only place in BC where each of our 22 heavy bags is outfitted with a sensor to track your progress. Your results are immediately sent to your phone after the session is over so you can compare your results in an effort to improve every time. Pre-designed workouts by our Coaches are used in these sessions so you can accurately compare your results/progress to the exact same sessions.
