Our Unified Training Centre Meal Plans are designed with a ton of food included. No fad diets are involved (no Keto, no Atkins, or whatever the latest thing is). You will be permitted protein, crabs, and fats to show you that you can still eat well while enjoying your best life. You don’t have to eat twigs and berries all day to lose weight and, as a matter of fact, most members say they can’t even eat all the food on the plans we provide! Whatever your current weight goals are, we have a plan that will work for you.
Meal planning is included in our Transformation Programs or for any 12 or 6 month members. If this is something that interests you, we will sit down and go over your nutrition which is fully customizable for you. With our introductory meal plans, we take all the guess work out of the process making it easy for you to follow. We will provide you with a nutritional guide that will include a food list, mass measurements, recipe ideas, shopping guide, and helpful tips and tricks to ensure you have the greatest chance at success for weight loss, body fat reduction, muscle gain or whatever your goals may be.
Although we encourage everyone to learn how to feed themselves properly, done-for-you meal prep is also an option for those who prefer the convenience. UTC works with local chefs who are able to cater to your dietary and nutritional needs while sticking to our guidelines.
